Help me figure out this song!!!

I think it was 90s or 00s but the song is basically a group of UK lads and it keeps switching between shots of them in different scenes.

One group are in a house getting high and the other is a man in a pub getting rowdy/lairy I think they use that word.

I feel like it's a bit of a cult classic song it's very rap/garage/indie style - all members are white I think.

I thought 'The Streets" - I loved some of their songs....the one where he loses the money down the back of the TV and blames someone else....

Ah yes 'lairy' is from I predict a riot. No way the kaiser chiefs could be described as rap or garage though
