ADHD QB test results - understanding them.

Has anyone had (or their child had) a QB test for ADHD?

My son had one today and his hyperactivity was 2.1, 98th percentile.

I should have asked more at the time but I was being distracted by my hyperactive child at the time - the usual Grin

I understand and work in percentiles but I don't understand what it's measured against.

Im told its measured against kids the same age who don't have ADHD.

So is he at the top of the hyperactivity scale? Do 2% are more hyper than him and 97% are less hyper than him?

How does that work if it's measured against children who don't have ADHD?

Are the 50th centiles NT and the 0.2% sloths?

I don't see how that would work?

Does anyone know?

(He tested in normal range for the impulsivity and concentration).
