Can anyone help with Experian? Please!

I need my credit score, it should be really good.
Except it's not because it's saying I'm not on the electoral register.

I've spoken to the council twice and I'm very much on the electoral register and all details are correct.

I used Experian when getting a mortgage so I thought I'd use them again now the mortgage is due for renewal but I can't find any working contact numbers.

I've found two that goes straight to an voicemail to say it's not available.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Could anyone help?

They've got something wrong about me, too. I emailed them about it a fortnight ago, and so far there has been no response. If they don't respond in the next week, I'm going to write them an on-paper physical letter - their address is on the Contact Us section of the website.

God, that's archaic though isn't it? How rubbish.

It certainly is archaic. I do find an on-paper letter usually does the trick, though, when an organisation is difficult to contact.
