In amongst all the cheating husbands, drama ect I just wanted to get some foodie ideas.

Curried cauliflower and spinach with paneer 😋

Trying to eat a bit healthier at the moment so did some roasted butternut with a salad- it was delicious

Are you interested in dessert? Nigella's chocolate olive oil cake with crème fraiche and raspberries (yes out of season but it was my birthday!).

Belly pork in a noodle soup with veg and lots of chilli, had that a few days ago. Today we had pan friend sea bass with watercress, spinach and rocket salad, any sweet corn and mange tout and chips.

Of course! I always use suryaa roasted curry powder for my Sri Lankan cooking (about 4.99 for 500g) so these are marinaded for a few hours with the curry powder, oil and salt- then fried for a few minutes and then I add thinly sliced onions, 1/2 cloves of garlic and some frozen peppers. It’s very quick as prawns don’t take so long to cook. Add a bit of water to prevent sticking to the pan if required.

Have done the same with chicken and had with wraps (like the fajita boxes). But I like it with rice and a daal or spinach curry. If you try it, I hope you like!
