I career changed twice (I’m 43) .. first career was in children’s books.. second a history teacher.. now training as an educational psychologist. One thing that has got me thinking is different career paths and how people made the decisions to get there.. but my specific q if there’s a ‘trainee’ element how willing are you to peruse that? Financial barriers? Going back down the power ladder barriers? The feeling of starting again?
