Anyone want to play wedding dress sleuth with me?

A friend of mine is getting married next year (yay!) and has started looking at wedding dresses. She isn’t always the most body confident so I am determined that she’s going to have whatever eye wants to feel beautiful! She sent me this screenshot saying she loves the look of this, but has no idea what dress or designer it is. I’ve messaged the shop using it in the advert and they don’t know either () - I appreciate it’s not much to go on but if anyone can help find it I’d be very grateful!

That is lovely! No idea of make but you could achieve that look with shoulder jewellery worn with a different dress.
