How to help child reach their full height potential

So DS11 is small, always has been more than likely always will be. The problem is he is involved in a sport where height is an advantage. He would very much like to grow, I have explained genetics etc and he is aware this plays a very big role but he has been looking into what he can do to help make sure he reaches his full potential. So far we have agreed he can have an egg a day and he already drinks at least a pint of milk a day and takes a multivitamin. His meals are a good mix of protein, carbs and veg as per his coaches instructions. He has been talking about supementing with creatine or Indian ginseng which I am very much opposed to. Does anyone have any nice safe ideas we can add into his diet? I am fully aware the answer is probably no but I feel I owe it to him to at least ask the question.

We grow when we are asleep, so he needs to prioritise getting to bed at a good time. At 11 years old he should be aiming for 10-11 hours per night.
Plenty of protein, veg and complex carbs sounds good. If he can eat around 20g protein as part of each meal, and an extra 20g after significant exercise, then he doesn’t need to supplement further with creatine etc. Humans can’t really absorb more than 20g at a time, so any extra just gets excreted.
