Any Tesco drivers on here?

I've had a delivery which includes a luxury item still on its security box.
Do the drivers have the magnet to unlock them on the van? If so I can accost my neighbour's delivery this evening instead of waiting until next week to swap it.

We had a bottle of alcohol delivered with the magnetic tag round the neck and the driver didn't have the equipment to take it off.

I've phoned customer service before and a driver has just dropped off a replacement on their way past.

No they don't.
