When to give out part invites.

Dd has a party and has invited all her pre school so they all do different days
Party 13th March. But the final numbers for food has to be given by 28th Feb

I have to factor in half term where we can't hand them out (they get given to keyworker who will hand out in their bags )
So need to be given out before half term.
They break up next Friday.

Do I give to key worker tomorrow to hand out throughout this week factoring in that some kids only go, Thurs Fri. So by Fri all will be given unless any sickness in which case they'd get next week.
Or leave till Monday next week.

The rsvp I've put needs to be by 26th to give a 2 day leaway to order and pay for the food.

Do it this week. Ask people to include their mobile number then you can set up a WhatsApp group to remind them of the party a few days before. (Just a “looking forward to seeing you all at the party” message).

Bummer I've already written them And sealed them. Hoepfully when they text to rsvp I can remind them near the time like u say.
I only see about 5 sets of parents as it's drop at gate and go type thing and everyone shoots off to work etc.
But will do this week then
