I had a tooth implant around 3 weeks ago. Its just the screw bit. It's basically coming out I can see the thread on the screw. I can't do anything as it's Sunday.
My main concern is when it does fall out which could be Any moment will I be in bad pain?
If its loose enough shall I just take it out . I'm thinking I might swallow it on my sleep. Although I think it might come out b4 that.
