Legoland Resort vs Legoland Castle

We are looking at going to Legoland for one night (two days in the park).
Can anyone who has stayed at both hotels on site offer any help with which to book? Or any other tips...

The castle is £85 more for the night.
Is it worth it?

Kids are 5, 5 and 2 if that makes any difference :)

Nah not worth it. The room is better but you’re in there so little it’s not worth it.

Fair warning though, the food is atrocious so order a pizza delivery :)

The breakfast in the castle is nicer, but that's the only advantage I can remember
