My house is mooing

It's really windy,it's been windy before, hasn't made my house moo. Now every gust is causing a moan or a moo noise, there is nothing outside for the wind to get caught on. Why is my house mooing?!

Has a bit of drainpipe come loose? The wind blowing up or over it might make a mooing sound.

Alternatively your house has turned into and animal....but this is less likely.

I sometimes hear a weird mooing sort of noise in my bedroom. I think it it is something to do with the window that only happens when the wind is in a certain direction.

Have you checked that a cow hasn't blown onto your roof?

There was a thread about this the other day apparently lots of people have fridges that moo 🤷🏻‍♀️ Beko fridges if I remember right.

My fridge moos. I always assumed it was the milk but now wonder if it’s in communication with your house?

Ha! We always refer to the wind in the living room as 'Nelly' as in Nelly the elephant as there's an elephant trumpet sound!

Trickle vents on a window? Ours sometimes make a funny noise anc we had a door cupboard that woofed at one point.

Haha my fridge mood too. I remember sitting there one day and thinking oh the cow is off again, then had to check myself like wtf! Took me ages to find out it was the fridge 🤣
Op I'm guessing the noise is coming from your Windows if it is windy. Do you have vents in them? Or there could be a tiny gap somewhere.
