Help! Does anyone work in a warehouse that receives shoe returns?!

Argh! I sent some shoes back I’d bought online but I was a bit distracted and I’ve left my ridiculously expensive custom insoles inside them!! .

I know it’ll be different company to company but does anyone who works somewhere like this know what would happen if something was returned with them inside?! I can’t believe I did it. I’ve contacted them but it’s the weekend so no one is working. I can’t afford to replace them right now and I need them. Again, argh!

Have you sent an email, marked urgent, to customer services stating your order and return numbers and outlining the problem? I’d definitely do that soonest.

Yes I did that earlier, and I’ve just noticed they actually have a number to call so I’ll do that on Monday. I’m just in a panic!
