I've read that taking magnesium orally can really help to combat anxiety.
I have bad anxiety but also a very super sensitive stomach (I have IBS which I know goes hand in hand with anxiety!), unfortunately magnesium tablets upset me.
I've seen magnesium sprays and body butters and wonder if they would have the same calming effect without giving me a bad tummy?
Has anyone tried these sprays/creams and noticed an improvement with anxiety and sleep?
