Residential camps in Spain

Looking for a camp experience for 15YO DD to practise her Spanish in Spain. Anyone know of anything?

Don Quijote are a good reputable organisation. EF (English First) are massive and also do Spanish language summer schools.
In the current climate I would only book with a large organisation that guarantees the possibility to cancel up to the last minute and have a full refund.
