Anyone else had trouble trying to upgrade an ee phone? I have the phone and plan in the basket, passed the security check, confirmed the order and the little icon at the bottom is going round in circles... been waiting for the page to update to say that my order was successful but no joy. This is the second time I’ve tried to upgrade. Any suggestions?
