Party and gift ideas for 2 year old?

DD turns 2 in may and we will have a little party for her. Some of our friends have kids about the same age, NCT friends, family etc so I think there will be about 20 kids age 2-4, then a few older ones (up to 10).

What works well for parties at that age? We have a nice garden so I’m thinking of doing it at our house, a little picnic for the kids and some entertainment- is 2 too young for a balloon entertainer or something? Bouncy castle / soft play / toddler sensory session etc etc?

Am a little clueless on what would work so would appreciate any help!

Also stuck on what to get her for a gift so anything that’s worked well for yours would be appreciated!

TIA!

You could hire some soft play kit as an alternative to a bouncy castle
I don’t think my 2 yo would sit through a kids entertainer yet

Garden is great just have a plan b in case the weather is bad.

If outdoors a bouncy castle, sine playhouse, some toys out. Pass the parcel and musical bumps too.

Balance bike was a good choice of present for my 2

Sine playhouse should be some play dough
