I am currently taking a fairly expensive supplement to help with the peri-menopause - health and her. It has very good reviews.
I've been taking them for about a year and I don't really know if they're working - maybe they are and I just wondered if feeling a bit rubbish all the time is normal! if there's something that has simple ingredients that are going to make me feel well, have energy, no brain fog and just level?
I get bad migraines so have to avoid anything that can exacerbate them.
All advice welcomed
