Budapest - anyone there or been recently?

Anyone been to Budapest recently or there now. How are covid restrictions? Mask wearing? Showing covid app for entry? Thanks

I am not sure about covid but a friend went in December. He sent me photos of the area the hotel and some amazing cakes. Really ornate desserts! I am considering going places like here myself to make holidays cheaper.

Thank you!! All reviews seem very positive but just want to understand if non vaccinated kids can get into restaurants to eat the cake!

It seems that kids (from England) travelling with a vaccinated adult are exempt from any restrictions (no passes, tests etc required).
