Address not recognised when paying on line by card

I've had this a couple of times now.

Today I was setting up Uber, but when I typed in my postcode, it didn't come up with a list of possible address, and wouldn't move to the next screen. Nor is there anywhere to enter my address manually.

Anyone any idea how I can go about tackling this? I would ring or email somebody - but who?

We had this some years ago when we lived in a house that had been divided in two. We had to contact the post office.
