Customer care call center interview questions

I have a interview tomorrow for a customer call center job and really would like this job. I've researched the company but stuck on what questions they would ask. The 1st interview I passed by the 2nd one is a bit more formal and I know it will be heavily focused on customer service questions. Can anyone give me any good tips etc please

I worked in a call centre years ago, from memory they asked a lot of behavioural questions. E.g. Tell me about a time you handled a difficult customer, tell me about a time you went above and beyond to provide a customer with a positive experience, etc.

If I were you I'd do an internet search for situational / competency based interview questions relating to customer service and prepare some answers to them. Also look for "STAR" interview response method which should give you a steer on how to structure your answers to these kinds of questions.
