Proof that children have had covid for travel - canada

We are due to travel to Canada and the travel advise is that my 10 and 6 year olds need proof that they have had covid between 11 days and 3 months ago. What proof do I use? I called 119 but they weren't any help and am worried that what we take with us won't be enough.

Did you log it with test & trace? It’ll be on their medical records, can the GP confirm?

@LawnFever they had PCR tests so the GP should have a record of it. I'm just a bit scared to ask the GP receptionists as they have a sign on the door stating they do not issue any paperwork to do with vaccinations and covid. I will pull myself together and ask in their tomorrow

Did you get an email with the test results?

Orangesandlemons82 · 02/02/2022 20:50

@Itsmemaggie yes - I just thought that could easily be faked so they might not accept it 😂

We got the Dr to print a letter confrming they had had covid. Also, printed off email confirming they had covid after taking PCR.
