What to do for my 30th?

So my 30th is coming up, and I haven't got a clue what I want to do.
We have a young child, my mum would babysit for one night so we could have a night away but that would probably be the maximum. Possibly 2 nights at a push, but I wouldn't really want to ask that. I'll also be almost 30 weeks pregnant by my birthday, so can't go out drinking etc.

I was thinking maybe a night away in a spa hotel, but ideally it would need to be in the North West (or within 2 hours of Manchester at most), and not too expensive (because of saving money for maternity leave).
I've been looking on Google, but don't really know what to look for and would like some ideas if possible.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Preferably somewhere where you can get a nice meal, maybe with something to see/ do nearby.

I went to Fazenda for lunch in Manchester for my 30th. DS was only a few weeks old so that's all we did, but you could look at the Palace or Opera House for a show. Xx

Oh fazenda is good, we could go for lunch whilst DD is at school too. I'll have a look at shows, didn't even think about that as an option really, I've got so used to everywhere being closed!

Get the train down to London and have a night there?

Have a look at the Groupon and Woucher deals. Several have evening meal, overnight stay at spa hotel with full use of facilities then breakfast before you leave. Some have 2 nights. We did one for 2 nights in November at Nottingham and then went around around NT property before going home on Sunday.
