I'm getting a bit confused with pronouns

Can I just check my grammar please?

Pronouns - I, he, me, she, we, they, these, those

or are pronouns

the animal, the beast, the mammal, the creature etc

I think pronouns are he/she, him/her, they/them etc but actually not too sure.

A noun is a person, place or thing (eg table, car etc. London or Dr Smith are proper nouns).

A pronoun replaces a noun. So I, you, he she etc are personal pronouns.

"the" is an article; a definite article to be precise.

"a" or "an" are also articles but they are indefinite articles.
