I've been using Smarty for the last 6 months for my DD's SIM only phone (using an old handset of mine). £15 a month for 100GB data, unlimited calls/texts. No complaints.

DSs use Voxi. Unlimited social media usage and I think £15 for 15gb but as all SM is free, that's plenty.
