Yoga classes in Loughton Essex

Hi, Can anybody recommend a good Hatha Yoga class in Loughton please? I'm not interested in hot yoga or anything too crazily just something a little more gentle. Thank you in advance.

Hi Anne, I used to go to a lovely class in Loughton until I had to go back to the office. It's on a Wednesday at 9.30am upstairs at the Methodist Church on Loughton High Street.
It's a really friendly class. Debbie who runs it is British Wheel of Yoga trained which is Hatha Yoga, my preference as I personally think it's a lot safer and a more gentler than some yoga classes I've tried.
