Improving my grammar and writing skills

Mid 30s in a new role where I have to complete a lot of report writing. I'd like to brush up on my grammar skills/writing technique.

Any suggestions please?

Practice and feedback is the main thing. Does someone at work review your reports before they are issued? I'd approach them and ask for detailed feedback (tracked changes if possible) and explain why.

One of my colleagues did this, and her writing has improved hugely.

It also gives you a feel for the "house style" - a lot of things aren't necessarily wrong but they don't "fit" in your particular workplace.
