What has been your favourite date?

I have been with my boyfriend almost a year and we are finally going on our first proper date this week (work, childcare and money issues delayed it)
We’re both stuck for ideas what to do as he is a daredevil and into a lot of different activities whereas I have no interested or hobbies and I’m a giant wimp at most things.
I know there are the usual cinema and dinner dates but we spend most of our days in front of the tv eating meals or going for walks with our children so we want something different and special.
Can anyone suggest anything please?

Visit a new city

Go Ape followed by a stiff drink!

A picnic on primrose hill and London Zoo (maybe my 3rd date ish with Dh who I'll have been married to for 20 years this summer)

That's a tough one. I'd have to say April 25th. Because it's not too hot, not too cold, all you need is a light jacket.

We go out on a really cold day. Take a picnic of the stuff we took to eat back when we first dated. And flasks of soup and coffee!
