So I've tried a couple of times to use the engie charger in our local supermarket but not having much luck. I've now sorted an engie app and login but apparently I also need a renault login (I drive a Zoe). Yet again I couldn't be bothered with the hassle and will probably go to aldi later and use their much simpler but slower free ones! Is it just me or are the engie ones unnecessarily complicated? Annoyingly these are the most common type in my area. We haven't installed a home charging point yet so only have the very slow 3 pin option.
