How can I forget about last night's dream? Lighthearted

I cheated on DH with my 6th form crush. Such a weird dream but I feel so guilty this morning. DH found out in the dream and then I woke up but feel really dodgy and like I'm keeping a secret 😅.
Anyone else have super realistic dreams ?!!

DH was a widower when I met him. My dream..first wife is still alive and has hidden from him and children for years...I discover this and have to break the news to them all...

I had a horrible dream that I lost my toddler in a park somewhere over a month ago and just went home thinking he would turn up eventually. Only as I started to wake up my brain was realising how awful this was and calling the police, and shaking, crying. I couldn't understand why I had not thought to look for him before now. I was in complete shock and terrified. I woke up with tears on my face and the realisation that he was just in the next room was wonderful.

My worst one was that my 3yo (at the time) child had died in a hit and run. His dead body in my arms it was like I felt all that pain and fear and grief in the dream. The worst feeling ever. Then I woke up. I used to get a similar nightmare when they were babies about them being dead in their cot and wake up in a pool of my own sweat and filled with the most absolute terror, only to find them asleep in the next to me crib. But the hit and run dream is the only one where I felt his dead weight in my arms. Hard to explain. It was just so real.

It was near my rl birthday last year and I’d been teasing my dp about my presents
I dreamt I was home alone with my bedroom window open
Donald trump climbed in through the open window,carrying a birthday cake and he handed it to me
He then unzipped his trousers and pulled his ‘little Donald’ out-I started to kneel down to give him a bj
I woke up in the coldest sweat ever!
