For past few days have had a scratchy throat and taken vit c and zinc and echinachea. still not shifting.

supposed to be out on Saturday for friend's milestone birthday. what will kill the dodgy throat? Not covid have tested every day and so far negative.

Have you had the heating on more? That always gives me a scratchy throat.

I drink a lot of black tea with honey and lemon in winter to soothe my throat.

I had a "not quite right" throat last month. Negative LFT and Covid test. I had the heating on all day for 2 days, advised by my partner that I was snoring, have post nasal drip and medicated for acid reflux. It didn't develop into anything so could it be something like I had/have?

@TroysMammy - I have been a bit naughty with comfort food (hello potato salad, scotch eggs, crisps, flapjacks!) rather than healthy food the past few days which always I think means I can be prone tocatching things.

Might just cut out the crap and see if that helps!
