As the title says really.
Has anyone tried this and did it help with weight loss?
I’m a bit worried about the aspect of being hypnotised to be honest - is it safe?
I think you can buy the book which comes with a CD, or just buy the app.
Any experiences welcome please.

I've been using his I can make you thin app and it's helped.

I have it on audible. It's working for me, definitely eat smaller portions. I've lost a couple of kilos a month since September.

I think I'm suseptible though as I quit smoking after one hypnotherapy session years ago.

Hmm this is what worries me, I have been professionally hypnotised before to stop smoking (about 20 years ago now) and it didn’t work for me at the time.
I’m not really expecting it to be a miracle cure but I was hoping it might help a bit with not overeating

I've tried a couple of those with no effect whatsoever. I think some are susceptible to hypnosis and some are not.
