I don't even know how to write the title. DD 9 has been playing up the past couple of days and in the end I had to tell her off and that if something is bothering her she has to tell me rather than act out. She said everything is fine at school and in the next sentence that it's not. Her best friend is interested in one of the boys and they've been smooching at break times and she couldn't find bf to play with.
Aren't they all a bit young for this?
I didn't really have time to chat, but I should have some time with her tomorrow. I think she's bothered by it in a "best friend didn't want to play with me" way than feeling pressured she should be doing the same way. So I need to chat with her about not doing things because the others are. Consent and not feeling she has to follow suit. What else? I'm so not prepared for this!
