Currently work in ITU but after 20 odd years I am looking for a change. How challenging/rewarding is it to work in the community ? Any particular issues/developments that I should be aware of to discuss in an interview ? I've just spent a day shadowing one and really enjoyed it, lovely staff, genuine team work spirit but obviously that was a very tiny snap shot. Would be grateful for any advice !
