What's your favourite London hotel?

10 year anniversary with DH in April. We've got a DD 6 months and planning our first night away since she was born to celebrate.
We love a good hotel, in particular places with amazing service or something a bit special about it. Open to the old traditionals ie the Langham, but would also be really interested in anywhere a bit more quirky/arty.
An excellent restaurant and spa would be big bonuses.
Must be London as DD is being looked after at home and we wouldn't want to be too far away.
Budget ideally no more than £600ish for the night, but could spend a bit more for something amazing.
Any ideas much appreciated!

Sea containers is my absolute fave! The rooms are amazing, spa is fantastic and the bars have won best cocktail bar for the past few years running!

The Corinthia. But if you like being on water you should try the Sunborn London.

We like the Bloomsbury Hotel in Russell Square. They do a lovely afternoon tea and have a gorgeous huge cocktail bar.
