We've been looking at potential nurseries for our 2yr old son and one of the nurseries we have considered is Bright Horizons Southborough Woodlands. Does anyone have any experience of this particular branch? My gut feel is not great so far going by their admin skills (not returning calls, staff answering phone unsure of viewing availability/keen to get off phone). It will probably be a 'no' for us but I am yet to view the premises. We are also running out of options given the high demand for nurseries in the Tonbridge area so if anyone has recommendations that would be much appreciated. Happy for it to be within a 10 minute drive from Tonbridge centre - full time nurseries only, to start in the summer.
