Since ny I've failed at dieting 3 bloody times. Well 2lb down from 1st Jan. But I get fed up because I tend to eat the same thing over and over. Then crave better sweeter fatter things

I've just downloaded the app. Put in my breakfast lunch and what my dinner and snacks will be. As I meal plan so I know what I'll have.
By putting in the details. I can already say I've just gone wtf at the portion on average my dinner would be, I would have had 4 Sausgaes!! Now I will have 2. Like a normal person I guess.
I've also swapped sweetcorn for sprouts as they seemed better on there. Etc

I went for a walk but due to dc pre school being closed it wasn't as long or a fast speed as I normally would with just one in the pushchair. It was only about 1.5 mile.

Just wanted to get feedback. I put the details as average 2lb a week to lose. As want to lose a tone by end March. Hoping this is doable.
