Name change as I have talked about this in real life
So on Friday I started with an odd pain, I've just had covid and as such not been eating much, it starts with kind of strong hunger pangs combined with indigestion type pain up the throat, there's a tight pain in my stomach kind of just below by breast bone in the centre. As soon as I eat I then get diarreah and the whole thing starts again. It's sometimes very pain full especially after food. Anyone had anything similar?
Disclaimer I'll be getting medical advice if it's still like this tomorrow, I know strangers can't diagnose me, I'm just looking for a bit of reassurance
