Spots on baby.

My baby is 5 and a half months nearly 6 months. At the start he had colic and then HV said he was allergic to dairy. He was on cow and gate at the start then had to go onto neocate special milk. Recently we started the home challenge to see how he tolerates Cow and gate and dairy and I've noticed these tiny tiny spots on mouth and belly. He is teething also could it be teething spots or does it look like reaction to milk and dairy.

I don't think strangers on MN would be aw to diagnose a milk allergy (or rule one out) from photos even if they are medically trained.

Most importantly, have you done the glass test? Always do that first with ANY rash - if it disappears when you press a glass against it then its usually not serious but if it doesn't disappear your child needs urgent medical attention.

I'm not medically trained BTW - just the mum of a two year old who has had various rashes as well as CMPA.
