She hasn't had her heating on in March because she can't afford it and Pension doesn't keep up with the cost of living

It is definitely worrying, I have received a letter from my supplier today saying my fixed price tariff is coming to an end and based on my consumption my energy bill is going to double on the cheapest available tariff
