I'm going a walk then might potter around a museum.

Busy day here.

Laundry, dog walk then getting eyebrows done. Looking around some fireplace showrooms for inspiration/quotes then sorting the wardrobe out.

Online concert and a fire this evening

Nothing very inspirational here

DH has gone to synagogue and won't be back until 2ish, so I'm chilling at home with toddler DD and the cat.

We'll have a nice lunch when he gets home - leftovers from last night's dinner.

We're going to view some houses tomorrow and I'm having a look at them on Rightmove again to come up with potential questions to ask.

I'm still in bed

I've done a Spin / HIIT class, now doing the dreaded grocery shop. Home later to continue decluttering with unwilling DC. Hopefully something like a movie with the kids later. Some of them have been sick & can't do their usual activities so want to take advantage of the break!

Going to the gym, then doing my tax return

Up early today DS4 is finally feeling better so I'm currently sitting in a cold car waiting for him to finish his gymnastics taster session. Home for a warm up then off to the park back for lunch and off to try and find somewhere to fly a kite for DS4 this afternoon to keep him busy and hopefully tore him out. Then home for a nice chicken masala dinner! DH is whittering on about some AMP thing he wants to get for his guitar so I'll be sending him off with a cheery wave as I have no interest in guitars 🎸 😂.

I'm getting up shortly and going for a run.

DD has Covid at the moment so will have to try and find stuff to keep her occupied today.

Nothing apart from housework. Maybe a walk later when dh finishes work. He's hoping to be home by 3 today.
Both the youngest are tired and grumpy as been a full on week of pre school, birthdays, 2 parties and swimming. So they're just playing /fighting over toys and watching TV. I'm gonna have a cuppa and write a to do list

We’re finally free post Covid infection but still tired due to
DS not sleeping at all. Baked Pan au Chocolat (the jusrol ones are vegan friendly) and slowly tidying the house.
Swimming for DD later and a trip to a park as well we’ve been cooped up inside for far too long. Might get a takeaway tonight and that’s about it! Life really is dull. We’ve been mulling over booking a last minute holiday to the Canary Islands, so we will probably think about that ambit more tonight.

DD7 has her swimming lesson at 1, we go around 12 and have a picnic in the car. DS3 says he wants to come too, so it's a family affair today! DD is happy with that - DH hasn't seen her swim for awhile and she wants to show him how much she's improved.

When we get home DD has a bath, and after that it'll probably be a screen day. They're playing upstairs at the moment, and I'm just waiting for one of them to start crying... that's how their games usually end!

DD is at theatre club and DS and I are waiting in the café. After that we'll get something to eat then go swimming. DH is at football til 4pm then he'll come home and cook dinner. Quiet evening in.

Was out last night (postponed Christmas team meal) so never went to bed until after midnight.
Felt rough during the night/first thing - dodgy stomach (no alcohol involved as was the designated driver).
Up early this morning for the monthly Aldi store cupboard stock up (get an Asda delivery other weeks), but we’ve saved money overall doing a monthly Aldi shop for non perishable goods.
DH is helping a colleague clear their Mum’s house (she died at Christmas). DD is off to her Saturday job shortly - I’ve just made her Cinnamon eggy bread. DMIL (lives with us but in her adjoined annexe area) is batch cooking soup for all our lunches this week and listening to an Audible book I think, I’ll pop in for coffee and cake about 11ish.
I’m about to blitz the downstairs of the house, DH did upstairs last night when I was out. We’re thinking of a trip out somewhere this pm, a walk and maybe dinner or fish/chips or if not it’s takeaway tonight and a film. I have to do some staff appraisal write ups by Monday but keep putting it off as need to have a difficult discussion with someone next week about poor attitude towards colleagues. Much prefer Sundays to Saturdays when I just cook dinner and chill all day. Oh and I’m washing the bedspread/throw as that cat has just chucked up half a box of cat biscuits on it.

I've been browsing wallpaper online and on MN for the last hour with DCat purring beside me. I need to strip the mouldy silicone from around the bathtub and start the laundry. Online drinks catch up with friends later.

I've been up early. Well not as early as planned. I planned to get up at 6am to watch Dan Evans but overslept. Unusual for me. Cleaned my fridge, made pancakes, walked the dog. I'm going to have a nice bath, read my book and look at holidays. I need sun 🌞

I have walked DDog, made a lemon cheesecake, put away the delivery from Asda grocery shop, tidied the kitchen and put the dishwasher on.
DDog and DH are asleep on the settee and I fancy another coffee.
Nothing else planned except perhaps starting to declutter the massive oak dresser before getting rid of it. Uncertain as to whether anyone will want it, it takes 4 men to lift it!

Lazy morning, more coffee, and now waiting for DC to get ready so we can go into town and get some lunch and do some shopping.

Making a Mexican feast for tonight, including churros for afters. We'll eat in the living room (I put a blanket down and spread serving dishes out so we can sit on the floor and dig in), whilst watching the new Venom film.

DS is at his dad's this weekend. Just done the food shop, this afternoon I'm off for a full body massage and facial, then getting ready with some music on to go out for drinks with friends at a new bar in town.
