Shark Anti-hair wrap vs Vax Blade 4 Pet?

I need a cordless vacuum cleaner. I used to have a Shark flex thingy but it's motor has burnt out and I truly hate with a passion the Henry we are left with. What do you guys think of the Shark vs Vax? I've got long hair and a dog whose hair is like wool in the hoover. A terrible combination, but one which I really should get on top of. They are both around £200 at the moment...

We have a Vax Pet Hair one that was under £100 in Argos. That's really good!

That gives me hope. I'm trending towards the Vax one. I got so annoyed with the old shark vacuum as it kept getting blocked. That might be a flaw of the stick design though. The tube being too narrow or something.

Don't buy the shark for the hair wrap feature.
This is my shark anti hair wrap. As you can see it has hair wrapped around it.
I still like it because it picks up well, you can use it on stairs, it flexes and it has head lights but it's no more special than my previous vacuum which was a Dyson animal.

That picture is very useful. I'm stuck, sounds like they are both as good as each other but you get more attachments with the shark.
