Plz help with blood results

Are there any doctors here ? Or anyone that can read blood results ?

Some context - currently undergoing ivf and have had a failed cycle and a successful cycle but had a missed miscarriage. Ivf doctor recommend level 1 blood tests to look for clotting issues etc. He gave me some tests that could be done at the gp and they came back as two of them tests abnormal. Spoke to the ivf doctor today who said they're not abnormal and to get more blood tests done now at the cost of £££.
Just confused !! Can anyone read them and tell me who is right the gp or ivf doctor ?

OP, please don't take medical advice from strangers on the internet. I could lie and tell you I'm an expert in this field (I'm not) and that it's really bad or really good news depending on how much I want to mess with you. You have no idea of anyone's qualifications or motivations.

Ask a real life professional for a second opinion.

@Lockheart I'm going to first thing Monday morning just wondering if there was any experts about in the meantime as it's all confusing to me !
Though I know you're right and could be told a load of crap lol
