Fertility clinic to test AMH near south Manchester?

Hi, I would be grateful for any recommendations for where I can get my AMH blood test in south Manchester. Also how much it costs! Thank you.

We used Manchester Fertility recently and were very impressed. Cost about £400 for the initial tests and ultrasound for me and sperm analysis for husband and a consultation with the Dr.
