48. Peri-menopausal but use sunscreen and moisturizer religiously and they still look like this. How normal is this for a woman of my age?

They look fine!

Don't lift your fingers up like that and take another photo. Your hands are fine.

Hand cream at bedtime and cotton gloves and your hands will be baby soft in the morning.

Sadly I think it's normal...I'm 41 and mine are worse (wrinkly and dry all over all of the time). I know mine are worse than other people my age.
