Am I pregnant

Okay so here goes,
I have been on the coil for a year and a half. I have the worst periods on it and I’m being investigated for endometriosis.
I haven’t had a period for 2 months now with one very light bleed on the 5th of January. I had a weird craving for salad cream so I thought, let’s just do a test to be sure yano? Test was a very feint positive, I had two of them and some negatives. My blood work came back negative as well.
I just feel pregnant, sick, tired and bloated. I know the pregnant feeling as I have three kids ((two are twins)). Anyone been in this situation and been pregnant? Idk what to do

It could be related to hormones and the coil, depending which coul you have. When I was on the coil, I felt nauseous, bloated and had sore breasts. I've recently been on a new pill and was convinced I was pregnant at one point, for 3 weeks I was nauseous and actually sick. Off certain foods, sore breasts, hot flushes and exhausted..my exact pregnancy symptoms.

Anyway, you've had the blood tests so are definitely not pregnant. Have to been able to feel your coil strings to reassure you it's in place?
