Sorry - is it 6 days including the day of the positive test?

Or is the day of positive test day 0. So if someone tested positive today, they can go back out (after two consecutive days of negative test oc) on Monday or Tuesday next week?

Day of test is day 0 (or day of symptoms if that's before the test day).
Thursday 1, Friday 2, Saturday 3, Sunday 4, Monday 5 and Tuesday 6. Need to be negative on day 5 and 6.
