The Cook of Castamar, its in Spanish but you can turn on subs or dubbing. I LOVED it, and I watched all the ones you've seen too.
I'm also watching High Seas, also Spanish, on Season 3, theres a murder each episode but kind of not too gorey if that makes sense? Season 3 has gone a bit bonkers, but still great escapism.

Superstore is excellent. I'm only on season 2 and loving it.

If you like Cheasapeake Shores, you need to go for Heartland.

14 glorious seasons of horse and family drama set in the STUNNING Alberta mountains. The majority of the cast stay the same for all 14 years so you get to watch the main character go from teenage girl to 30 year old. It is GLORIOUS and saved me in lockdown!

UPDATE Im watching Cesapeake Shores

How you getting on with it. I gave up after a few episodes as I was just bored. It was very slow and not much happened plus I found some of the characters annoying.

I've started watching Pretty Little Liars on I Player and am really enjoying it. It's a murder mystery but quite a light watch. Saying that it's quite an investment as there are 7 series with about 25 episodes in each series until the mystery is solved.

Ummm bit slow, can see how it's going to pan out. Will stick with it for abit longer

Kim’s Convenience. Funny, great characters, feel good TV.

I love Virgin River.
You might like Sweet Magnolias. Series 2 starts soon.
I really enjoyed Firefly Lane. They filmed series 2 for that recently.
Young Sheldon is great. You don't need to have watched The Big Bang Theory.
Gilmore Girls. I'm currently watching for the second time.
