I reckon it absolutely is them, voices recorded over zoom or something. I’ve no doubt Jed Mercurio would agree to this as he isn’t afraid to express an opinion and the BBC have been royally stitched up by this government this week so I suspect they just said go on but don’t say we agreed. Good on them.

Mercurio and McClure have retweeted it with no comment. Compston hasn't and Dunbar doesn't seem to have a Twitter account.

It's such a high profile show for the BBC that they'd be in slightly dodgy territory if they officially put their names to it, we may be in "don't ask don't tell".

I'm sure it was confirmed Adrian Dunbar took part in the last one so can't see why they wouldn't have taken part in this one too, Jed Mercurio isn't afraid to say what he thinks.

It's definitely their voices. Some of the audio is the original audio from the show but new audio has been recorded and edited in.

It’s very easy to record audio via voicenotes and drop it in to the edit.

Jed is pretty vocally left wing - easy enough to assume he wrote the script, emailed it to the team, they recorded their parts on their phones, sent it in and an editor pulled the clips together.

On the last one Jed Mercurio was asked on twitter if it was really Adrian Dunbar and he gave a "I can neither confirm or deny" type response so I'm pretty sure that was a confirmation and it's all of them.

I'm curious, are right-wing people angry about the conservatives breaking the rules?

I'm fairly left-wing, I'm not particularly angry about the above because I don't think the rich ever follow the rules, they leave that to the 'plebs' so I adopt a similar attitude - even though I'm not rich! And also my friends/family/career etc didn't really suffer because of lockdown/Covid, it's going to suffer a lot because of Brexit, but much less so/none from Covid.
Boris is considered a baboon, a liar and inept already before this story broke in my circle.

So aren't any right-wing people upset/angry about this? I guess that why he's still here and Matt Hancock went when he shagged a woman?
