We bumped into him in Cornwall last summer. Extended family of doctors and teachers. We were all very restrained but BIL did mutter 'a binbag is not PPE' under his breath as we walked past and he is very anti confrontation! He heard!

Yes, it's cold!! 4.1 degrees yesterday. But the worst part is after getting dressed and the afterchill sets in. Absolutely essential to have a hot drink and plenty of layers.
There are cold water showers on the side of the lido, washes off the worst! Then a hot shower when getting home
